Single-component brown polyurethane adhesive Hranipur 15 is used for flawless structural bonding, especially for assembly and construction purposes. Resistant to water and heat.
Bonding:
• wood;
• cement fiber;
• metals;
• bonding panels with polystyrene;
• polyurethane, PVC;
• glass wool;
• mineral wool with various coatings;
• MDF panels.
Hranipur 15 is applied to one bonding surface. Press the coated parts together for 5–10 minutes until the adhesive cures. At low humidity, curing time is extended. High humidity, on the contrary, shortens this time. Increased humidity also increases foam formation.
Mechanical, torsion, tensile, and compression tests can be performed after 24 hours. Do not place the product near open flames or sparks during use.
It is recommended to clean the adhesive from tools with Hraniclean 03 (uncured adhesive) or Hraniclean 04 (cured adhesive).
Shelf life: 12 months when stored in the original hermetically sealed packaging at 10–30°C.
