Single-component brown polyurethane adhesive Hranipur 45 is used for flawless structural bonding. Thanks to its resistance to water and heat, it is ideal for surface bonding.
Applications:

• cement fiber;

• bonding panels with polystyrene;
• polyurethane, PVC;
• glass wool;
• mineral wool with various coatings;
• MDF panels.
USAGE:
Before applying the adhesive, clean the parts – they must be clean and dry. Apply Hranipur 45 on one bonding surface. After covering the parts, press them firmly together for 5–10 minutes until the adhesive cures. At low humidity, curing time is extended; at high humidity, it is shortened. Increased humidity also increases foam formation.
Mechanical, torsion, tensile, and compression tests can be performed after 24 hours. Do not use the product near open flames or sparks during use.
It is recommended to clean the adhesive from tools with Hraniclean 03 (uncured adhesive) or Hraniclean 04 (cured adhesive).
SHELF LIFE: 36 months from the date of manufacture, if stored in the original sealed packaging at 10–30°C.
