Single-component acetate silicone sealant for universal use. Forms a very flexible, durable joint. Excellent resistance to water, UV radiation, oils, acids, and alkalis. Suitable for repeated fixing, joint sealing, and crack filling. Adheres well and cures on many surface types used in construction, carpentry, etc. Intended for professional use.
USAGE:
Remove dust, grease, or oil layers and other contaminants from the surface to be treated, which reduce the silicone’s adhesion to the substrate. Silicone does not require primer, but it may be necessary on certain surfaces. Before use, tape the edges of the surfaces to be joined with protective tape. Remove the cartridge cap, leaving part of the thread to screw on the application nozzle. Cut the application nozzle according to the desired silicone layer thickness. Use with a manual or pneumatic gun. Apply silicone in straight vertical lines or dots and smooth with a plastic or stainless steel spatula moistened with soapy water.
Silicone cures by reacting with moisture in the air, so sealing should be done in a well-ventilated area. Rinsing cured silicone joints with universal agents extends their service life. After use, clean tools with paper towel and solvent. Use plastic or stainless steel tools.
SHELF LIFE:
18 months from the manufacturing date, if stored in the original hermetically sealed package in a dry, cool place, room temperature from +5°C to +35°C.
